3RD ANNUAL SIX FLAGS MARINE WORLD KABABAYAN FEST

San Francisco, California, June 25, 2004 – Plans are underway for Six Flags Marine World Kababayan Fest scheduled for Saturday, July 31, 2004. This year’s event promises to be even better than the past two years, with great food, arts and crafts, and entertainment.

The audience will be entertained by groups like Kulturang Pilipino, Kariktan, Barangay, Likha, If, Gabe Bondoc, Prodigy, Hi Fly, and more. Mei Antonio of Immij, a four-part female singing group, says “It (Kababayan Fest) brings together the younger Filipino crowd, the audience is always hype, and everyone is really supportive. That’s why we’re excited to be a part of Kababayan Fest.” The headliners for this year’s show are the dance group Chain Reaction, comedian Rex Navarrete, and Vallejo-natives One Vo1ce.
